U10s
We finished our 2016/2017 juvenile academy season last Friday the 26th of May in Samphire Park, Fenit. A total of 41 juveniles were present. We had a fun game of soccer and had a bite to eat afterwards with a lot of parents at hand to help out. All players received a medal of achievement at the end of the evening and there were also special recognition awards. For our 9 year olds, Jack McCarthy received player of the year and Charlie Nolan most improved. For the 8’s, Patrick Hannifin received player of the year and Aaron Murphy most improved. The year can be described as a huge success. We would like to thank Kevin Deady for all his hard work and John Quilter, John O Carrol, Lee Sugrue and Ciaran Dwyer for helping out all season. A special thanks to Mary Kelly for the support on catering… very much appreciated and all the parents for their commitment and understanding to make this year so successful. Until next year …..
