Congratulations to our U8 team who took part and won in their first futsal tournament in Mounthawk on Saturday afternoon.
The tournament hosted two teams from Camp, two from Park FC and three from Killarney Celtic.
With two wins from our three qualifying games we faced a semi final against Killarney Celtic winning the game 3-1 in some style.
A tough final against Park FC followed, and we started well with a goal from Tomas Godley only for the Park to level and see out the game as a draw. A tense penalty shootout followed with our keeper Jevon Carey in fine form saving three penalties to see Fenit win 4-1.
